3.1 Product Range

3.2 Product Availability and Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. $12.95 USD. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS on orders over $50 USD. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is paramount. Please see our detailed Shipping & Returns page for full instructions. Key terms are summarized below:

  • Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Process: Contact Rider Support at [email protected] to initiate a return. An RMA number is required.
  • Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

⚠ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned unless defective or unopened:

  • Helmets (Full Face, Half, Modular): Only returnable if in original sealed packaging or with a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Opened Intimate Apparel: Base layers, socks (including Heated Socks & Insoles).
  • Customized or special order items.
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such).
