How do I choose the right size gear?

Fit is personal and crucial for both safety and comfort. We provide detailed size charts on every product page. For items like helmets and boots, we include specific measuring guides. When in doubt:

  1. Use a soft tape measure and follow our guide.
  2. Check the “Fit & Sizing” notes in the product description, often written by our gearhead staff.
  3. Remember our No-Sweat Return Policy – you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return if the fit isn’t perfect.

Global Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship, and how long will my order take?

We ship worldwide* with two clear, rider-focused options to balance speed and value.

All orders are hand-picked and packed at our Milwaukee hub within 1-2 business days.

Then, choose your ride (shipping method):

  1. Standard Shipping (Recommended for Speed)
    Cost: Flat rate of $12.95.
    Carrier: DHL or FedEx.
    Timeline: Typically 10-15 business days after shipping to most global destinations. Includes full tracking.
  2. Free Shipping (The Ultimate Value)
    Cost: FREE on all orders over $50.
    Carrier: EMS (Economical Mail Service).
    Timeline: Typically 15-25 business days after shipping. Perfect for riders planning ahead.

*We are unable to ship to certain remote locations and parts of Asia. Shipping options and exact rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout for your specific address.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your gear leaves our dock, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey to your doorstep. You can also log into your account (if you created one) to see the latest status.

For DHL/FedEx (Standard Shipping), use their detailed tracking portals. For EMS (Free Shipping), use the provided link or your local postal service’s tracking tool once the package enters your country.

Are there any extra fees for international orders?

Yes, potentially. For orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.

We declare the full value of the contents on all international shipments as required by law. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential fees before ordering.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We stand by our gear, but we know fit is personal. Our No-Sweat Return Policy gives you 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange on unused items in their original packaging.

Process:

  1. Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging.
  3. Include the RA number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the return to our Milwaukee address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

What if my gear is defective or damaged upon arrival?

We meticulously hand-pack every order, but we understand issues can occur in transit. If your gear arrives defective or damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if damage is visible. Refuse it with the carrier.
  • If discovered after opening, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage/defect.
  • We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Your satisfaction is the final checkpoint in our delivery promise.
